Returns
We want all our customers to be 100% happy with their new wall planners. Change of mind returns will be accepted within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We do not offer refunds on returns for the following items:
▹ any item not in its original condition, where it is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
▹ any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
▹ personalised or customised items (items made to order).
▹ gifts cards and chalk marker pens.
▹ sale and discounted items (including promotional codes).
▹ additional shipping fees for international orders.
Please email us at info@siisti.com.au or via the contact form below to advise you will be returning your purchase. Include the following information to help us process your return faster:
▹ your order number
▹ your name and contact information, and
▹ the item SKU or description of the item/s you are returning.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm we have received your returned item and whether a refund can be processed.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to two weeks for refunds to be processed.
We only replace items if they are defective or arrive damaged. If you need to exchange an item for these reasons, please send us an email at info@siisti.com.au or via the contact form below.
