Your product is great but your communication and customer service is severely lacking! I didn’t get all my order, emailed straight away as soon as I opened my package, I never got an email back, so I emailed fb still nothing from then, only got a your order has been sent email, no apologies no actually communication what so ever! And no your asking for a review. I will no be buying from you again nor will I encourage anyone else to.
Hi Amelia, sorry you feel this way. You emailed us on a Thursday at 4:66pm, which was after we had finished monitoring our email that day. Hayley personally emailed you on the following Monday at 6:06pm after you followed up and apologised that your email was missed. We always aim to respond with 24 business hours, as stated on our automated email reply. However, sometimes it takes a bit longer when we have a high volume of enquiries. In your case, our staff member missed your email. Mistakes happen, however, we responded within 2 business days and shipped your missing items immediately (which arrived within a few days). I understand it may have felt longer as it was over a weekend, however, we don't respond over the weekends as that is our time off work and with family.
