Wrong item delivered
Unfortunately these markers don't show up well at all on our clear perpetual calendar which was a shame. We do wish we had gone with bigger squares as well, the space isn't as big as we thought for adding information. The plus side, we are already more organised than we were!!
After waiting over a month close to 6 weeks, the product came and was damaged on the corners I also ordered a black vivid by accident on my black magnets, I thought maybe someone would’ve picked it up and suggested I got a different colour not expecting this but overall average experience

While your order was prepared on the day of purchase and dispatched the next day, orders to New Zealand from Australia are taking longer than expected due to limited flight capacity as a result of COVID. That's why we send all international orders via express to get them to you as quickly as possible. While a reality of online shopping is that some things get damaged in transit, we never heard from you about these issues and didn't have the opportunity to address them.
As for the black marker you selected, we are a small business with limited resources and don't have capacity to check every order is correct with each individual customer as well as meet our 48 hour turn around times. When I saw these had come in stock I went and bought one right away!! They hold around three markers which is perfect and make things so much more convenient to write with.
